Warm like Fire

I have to say the summer in this city is the best time of the year although it is usually short. Mr. Y and I had a conversation about favorite seasons. Then, I realize my favorite is 1/2 summer + 1/2 fall. That is the end of summer and the beginning of fall. The beginning of summer is nice as well, but I don’t like spring so much.
We had a long winter this year, therefore I was pretty excited when I finally smelled summer before we took off to Berlin. Accordingly, I picked a few red mohair scraps and decided to make a red bear for my on-the-road project. My plan was to finish it during the week when we were outside of Berlin so I can give it to XW, my friend in Berlin, as a gift, which I certainly failed to accomplish. When she came here and finally got the, it’s been delayed for more than 3 weeks. 😛
I called him Fire because of the color, roughly 13 cm high. It’s only my estimation. In order not to delay the gift again, I didn’t have much time to add more details, to take better pictures and to measure him. I was planning of making him a white t-shirt and a pair of fat jeans, but…..>_<

Great job! I started a mohair bear once but never finished it…too much work for me!
