New life

Although my life has been changing for months, the change is more significant lately and I enjoy it more than ever.  🙂

I was just going to update on the little mittens when the water broke.  My little K came a little earlier than expected. Maybe she couldn’t wait to be my model. 😀 The pattern is available from Knitty. Many people said the mittens looked like boxing mitts. When I showed Bec this picture, she noticed immediately that it’s not in my usual colors. I used old leftover yarns for this pair, as it was only supposed to be a prototype of something else, which I didn’t manage to start, just like many other great plans before the due date. I don’t find much time for crafting now. It’s unclear whether I would really make the mittens that were in my mind. The first thing on my to-do list is to unravel the WIP I couldn’t finish in the hospital……It doesn’t work for little K. 😛

  1. 嘿嘿嘿……射手MM性格会很好的哇!
    内手套确实象拳击手套,好可爱的小圆球。

    • 是天蝎MM 😀

  2. Congrats! She is beautiful!

Even though she must take up all your time now I’m sure you’ll get some crafting done again before you know it. Plus she’s going to be one lucky baby with all those beautiful handmade items:)

  3. Congrats with your lovely daughter. She is beautiful, with lots of lovely hair :=) Are you knitting a snuggle for her, the WIP?

    • The snuggle was for her, but I couldn’t finish it before she’s born. It turns out she doesn’t like to be swaddled at all, so I just unravel the WIP. 🙂

  4. Belated congratulations. I love the mitts

    • thanks 🙂
