The “Magic Ball” without magic

I have no idea why this model is called the “Magic Ball“. All I can see are the trivial pre-ceasing steps required for it. It is definitely a good material for building up one’s patience, at least for some perfectionists. There are quite a few video tutorials for this model available on Youtube.
