I was in such chaos this week, but, nevertheless, I had a great Shrove Tuesday pancake night at Bec’s and finally got my contract. In addition, I am happy to learn the package I sent to gnip had arrived a few while ago, so I can show you the soft doll I made for her little princess.
I think it’s quite obvious for anyone familiar with WAWAYA’s creations that this doll is inspired by her DaWAWA series. I didn’t write down the pattern on purpose to make this doll the OOAK. As one of my signature touches, I gave the doll a pompom tail. The tail can be taken down, so it won’t be dangerous for a new born to play with.
I also knitted a few things for gnip’s kid, but I sent most of them without taking any pictures. The only picture I can find right now is a pair of “magic slippers”, which is unlikely to fit when it arrives. 😛 The pattern is from SockPixie. 😛
