It is relatively cheap to get a hair cut in China. I was so eager to have my hair cut right after we arrived that I didn’t do any researches on salons beforehand. I looked OK when the haircut was done, but my hair went wild one night after I washed it. I went to another hairdresser for help and was told the problem couldn’t be totally fixed right away without too much cutting. He straightened my hair to make me look much better. Now, almost one month of the haircut, I can see my hair going out of control again. That’s why I thought of making a headband. It’s very useful and convenient, especially when I just get out of the bed in the morning.
The Arrowhead Lace Headband Pattern is free available from Persnickety Knitter. I randomly spotted it on Ravelry someday and put the pattern into my queue. The pattern is very simple, while covers 4 basic stitches. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try out lace knitting. A headband seems to be a very nice showcase for patterns. Maybe I can make my own headband patterns in the future. 😀 Hubby said it is not easy to see the headband when I am wearing it. Well, that’s exactly why I chose black yarn for it!
