Back to Internet, partially

I finally figured out how to break the evil closed loop of getting internet access: McDonald’s! Can you imagine? The truth is one of the McDonald’s here provides free wireless access so that I can activate my school account which is needed for internet access in the student residence. The bad thing is it’s not real internet access…..no instant messenger, no ssh, nothing but http…..in other words, there is no way for me to work remotely in the dorm. 😦

Anyway, I am online again!
