blossom in winter
The weather has been unpredictable this week. We’ve got snow, rain and sunshine in the same day. When it’s snowing, life became harder for people new to this city, especially for those from somewhere without any snow. The temperature is not really low. Basicly, it’s like April in Montreal, i.e. wet, wet, wet. I’m sick of such kind of weather.
Regardless of how I hate rain, it is still good for plants. I am quite looking forward to the time when the campus is covered by various flowers. For now, I can make myself flowers, for example, crocheting one. 😛

I made a little one while I was waiting for my experiment results, which usually takes a huge amount of time to come out. I was using 1mm crochet hook and #10 cotton thread. The flower is a little larger than expected. It looks even larger when it’s used for small’s hat. Is that similar to the album cover?:-D

  1. What a pretty flower! You could make cauliflower too, with a white center and green outside! 🙂

  2. Thanks. Unfortunately, I seldom buy green stuff. If you dont mind, I may make cauliflower with blue leaves…..:-P

  3. It’s really beautiful, loved the color too.
