We’ve got some minced meat left after we made dumplings the day before. In order to use it before it go bad, I tried a new recipe(Chinese) of sweet dried-pork snacks, which are unavailable in Asian markets in our city. Both appearance and tastes of the results are quite satisfying me and hubby. But the amount is much less than expected. One reason is that we almost ate up the first piece before the second was done.😛 The rest is stored in a container which was for salad.
- 450g minced pork
- 4 tsp white wine (which I used to substitute Chinese rice wine)
- 3 tsp oyster sauce (which substitutes fish sauce）
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- some black pepper/chilli peper/”five spices”/any desired spices
Spread the mixture of all ingredients evenly on a piece of baking paper. Bake 20 min at 120 C. And bake 25-30 min at 175-180C depending on the size.
